  We know and understand what our customer need and deliver our best ​service. In this assignment we will talking about our hotpot delivery service to any household which like to have steamboat, but they are in quarantine. For this delivery, our main target is giving the customer have a meal with many varieties of different food and convenience in the term of preparing the pot, food, and cleaning during the quarantine.

Competitive Advatange

  We could save up this money to run this business and use it on other purpose to compete in this market. This fund can be use for improving the tool we been using and purchase other accessory such as hair tier and hand glove like Haidilao do which other normal hotpot service does not.

  Due to the Covid-19, many shops are not allowed to open or dinner-in in restaurant so there could be a problem for customer who want to eat hotpot. We decided to come out delivery the hotpot and delivery service to customer house so they could eat hotpot in safer place. This concept also come from the foodpanda and grabfood which become more popular in Malaysia, many restaurant and style are provided this service to their customer but not hotpot. We believe that this could be a trend for customer order hotpot and eat in their house. Due to many hotpot shop are not able to run their business during this period, it could be our best chance to compete into this market with lesser competitor and start up the hotpot delivery service.

Sustainable Competitive advantage

In our business we consider ourselves as product differentiation business because we have a creative and innovative by giving the hotpot delivery services. After the foodpanda and grabfood implemented into Malaysia, many kinds of restaurant like Japanese style and Korean style restaurant also start to join into this trend and deliver sushi and korea food to many places. But there are no hotpot service delivery in Malaysia yet which could be a potential good business to be the first hotpot delivery business starter.

we could be the low-cost provider or low pricing to penetrate the market. This is because we are using the website as our visual shop to run our business which can cut a lot of cost and use these funds to improve other service and quality of service. Additionally, we could lower the price of the ingredient by using these funds to due to lower worker required to train and work for the visual shop.
